SiTech Inflator Hose Recall
SiTech, a manufacturer of Inflation valves, exhaust valves, inflator hoses etc. has issued a hose recall on all inflator hoses distributed between June 2006, and the present. The recall involves a plastic flow restrictor in the threaded end of affected inflator hoses. This flow restrictor may become dislodged from the hose, enter the 1st stage therefore restricting the airflow to the second stage. This is a potentially fatal hazard. The following is a list of instructions regarding a SiTech inflator hose recall, issued by SiTech.
