I was born and raised in Texas…  Like a lot of people my first interest in scuba diving came from watching “Sea Hunt” when I was a kid.  I went to the library and checked out all the books I could find on diving.  One of the first was “The Silent World” by Jacques Cousteau.  I dived fairly regular for a few years after getting certified but eventually dropped out.  The usual excuses (work, family, etc…).  I started diving again in 2007 and am having a blast
